How To Start Making

The maker movement is something I have had my eye on for a while now. I love the principals behind it: creation, play, experimentation, innovation, sharing knowledge, collaborative projects, re-purposing, hacking, coding, etc. I have always been a big believer in learning by doing, and that is what maker education is all about. Although I have been very interested in making, I have yet to implement it at a large scale at my school. It is my goal this year to get some sort of a makerspace set up in my building. With that in mind, I focused my infographic on How To Start Making. Hopefully this will help me to jump start my makerspace, and maybe help others to do the same.
